A versatile music star, Divine Criss says “song writing is a waste of time”, therefore, he don’t write songs.

The Suncity’s new music sensation said he doesn’t stress himself writing songs.

Divine Criss was speaking in an interview with MC KIKI on Afro 614 Radio/TV in Columbus Ohio, USA, relating to his latest release, titled “DESIRE”, featuring Airmass, monitored by thefourlens.com news.

Divine’s latest “Desire” released on Friday and heavily endorsed by music lovers is doing well on social media. 

He was backed by Suncity Recording Studio by Mr. Ransford Antwi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Suncity Group of Companies in Sunyani.

The fast rising afrobeat artist insisted he only needs a good beat, he can put lyrics and rhythm together for a very good song.

“I don’t need to write my lyrics, once I get a good beat, I’m good to go”.

On how do you come by your songs?, he answered “my songs are geared by peoples’ situations, then I finds suitable lyrics and nice rhythms for it”. 

Divine emerge from the Northern sector of Ghana, spent his early years in Nigeria, and highly endowed with lyrical prowess.
