InspiNest, a Non-governmental Organizations (NGO) has sensitized and trained trainees of the Sunyani Youth Development Association (SYDA) to change mindset for innovations to become entrepreneurs.
InspiNest is an NGO into empowering young people, particularly female both in and outside Second Cycle School to change their mindset for entrepreneural innovation through ICT for betterment of livelihoods and society.
The training held at the SYDA skills training center on Friday build the knowledge of participants to see themselves as change makers who can positively impact the lives of others in their various communities.
In a focus group discussion, participants ascertained the factors affecting individuals and community development as well as posibilities to effect positive changes from the female-youth perspective.
